The Art of Rescue explores collaborations with creators - musicians, photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, writers, performers - to bring rescue into their own work and communities.

Doing so creates an invitation to see the world of rescue through a different, personal lens, defined by conviction, passion, and viewpoint.  Rendering it vivid, relevant, and compelling.

Each collaboration begins with investigation and discussion, to help the Studio understand, in a full and nuanced way, its partner's values, ideals, and voice.

Some collaborations entail simple signals that travel naturally through an artist's existing community: a hat, a poster, a print, a photograph. Others may involve creative works that explore rescue more deeply. The Studio provides thought partnership and design resources to ideate, create, fettle, and execute. ​

The goal is not simply awareness, but connection - of the unique kind that creative work elicits. Artists' communities, in adopting these signals and representing them to others, become communities not only of witness, but of action. Every collaboration offers another opportunity for rescues to be more widely seen, admired, and ultimately, chosen.
