Marcus was in the window of a local shelter, terrified and in severe shelter decline.  He was close to being deemed un-adoptable - the shelter death sentence.   He has become a beautiful, complicated, scared but brave soul.  Later, he met Princess, who had been wandering the streets of Nogales, Mexico and was saved by a local rescue. 

 

While they sometimes don't see eye to eye, they're inseparable.

They inspired their adopter, who saw an opportunity to make a difference.  He commissioned research at the University of Arizona, and then founded the Studio. He can be found here.
